We are seeking a highly organized, hospitality-driven Event Planner to support the planning and execution of corporate meetings, executive programs, and special events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing complex logistics, and is passionate about delivering top-tier participant experiences with exceptional attention to detail. The Event Planner will play a key role in venue and hotel management, food & beverage planning, hospitality services, transportation coordination, and live event execution while partnering closely with internal teams, clients, and vendor partners.

What We’re Looking For

Place of Employment: Company is primarily remote. A suitable remote work environment is required including a quiet workspace with minimal distractions, reliable internet access, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders virtually (both on and off camera).
Domestic and occasional international travel (10+% annually, sometimes on weekends) will be required for client site visits, event execution, and company retreats. As such, candidates must reside within reasonable proximity to a major airport.
