🔍 Job Summary — Technician Assistant

We are looking for a dependable and hard‑working Technician Assistant to support our septic service team. In this role, you will work directly alongside a lead Septic Technician, helping with physical labor, jobsite preparation, equipment handling, and general tasks needed to complete septic inspections, maintenance, and repairs. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for someone who wants to learn the trade and grow within the industry.

🧰 Key Responsibilities

• Assist the lead technician with daily septic service tasks
• Help uncover, expose, and prepare septic tanks and system components
• Carry, load, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
• Operate basic hand tools and follow instructions from the technician
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• Support equipment setup and cleanup at each service location
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Provide general labor support as needed throughout the workday

✅ Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding labor
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from work

📈 Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Experience in septic, plumbing, construction, landscaping, or similar labor
• Familiarity with hand tools or small equipment
