Harmonious Capital Administration, a leading private market investing SaaS company, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities for our products and services. Your ability to identify potential customers, engage with prospects, and set up meetings for the sales team will be crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Conduct research and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria to determine their potential as sales opportunities.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage lead information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
2. Outreach and Engagement:
- Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce our products and services.
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Articulate the value proposition of our offerings and highlight how they can address prospects' specific requirements.
3. Sales Opportunity Development:
- Qualify leads by conducting in-depth discussions and gathering relevant information.
- Set up meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
4. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing communication and follow-up.
- Establish rapport and trust with potential customers to nurture long-term business partnerships.
- Provide timely and accurate information to prospects, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
5. Sales Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, feedback, and information gathered during prospect interactions.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to optimize lead conversion and revenue generation.
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in sales development or lead generation, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
