You'll work as a 1099 contractor providing comprehensive sleep medicine care to patients with diverse sleep disorders including insomnia, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, and circadian rhythm disorders. Working in both in-person clinical settings and via our telehealth platform, you'll deliver personalized care that fits patients' lives.
Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough sleep health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Interpret sleep study results and develop personalized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage appropriate medications and therapies
- Provide patient education on sleep hygiene and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team including sleep physicians, and respiratory therapists
- Follow up with patients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
- Document patient interactions with precision and thoroughness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current NP license with APRN certification
- Board certification in sleep medicine or equivalent specialized training
- Current license in Minnesota with full practice authority
- 3+ years of experience in sleep medicine or related field and/or 3,600 hours of supervised experience
- Experience with telehealth delivery preferred
- Excellent communication skills across digital and in-person environments
- Ability to build rapport with patients remotely and in person
- Comfort with sleep medicine technologies and EHR systems
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Work Model
- Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days telehealth between Monday - Friday

Salary
$76 - $76 per hour
