A HAPPY DAVE’S Restaurant Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers have a positive and memorable dining experience. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, preparing and serving food, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Working as part of a team, they contribute to delivering fun and fast service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive impression of the brand.

- Follow food production and recipe guidelines to prepare and serve food accurately and in a timely manner.

- Process sales accurately at the POS system and follow payment procedures.

- Handle various restaurant duties such as merchandising, customer relations, cleaning, and resolving complaints.

- Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines to maintain a secure and safe facility.

- Follow company standards and procedures, including food handling and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen service is preferred.

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

- Strong oral communication skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including daytime, evening, and nighttime shifts.

- Willingness to follow directions and comply with company policies.

- Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment, cash register, and other tools.

- Ability to work independently under pressure.

Physical Demands:
