The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

· Work in a Team Environment.

· Deliver exceptional customer service. As the Carwash Associate, you will have a direct influence on the success of the carwash and customers’ impression of the brand.

· Responsible for accurately setting up and receiving payments for the carwash, adhering to all payment procedures.

· Supporting the carwash in achieving the company goals and objectives set for their assigned site.

· Driving the Club Membership metrics and suggesting monthly service plans, upgrades, and add-ons to the customers.

· Complete specified general duties including carwashes, maintenance, customer relations, disputes, cleaning, etc.

· Ensure the facility is secure and safe, complying with all safety and environmental guidelines.

· Comply with all company standards and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

· Previous carwash service experience preferred.

· High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Must possess good oral communication skills.

· The ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, and/or nighttime store shifts and in the outdoor weather elements (Summers & Winters)

• Physical Demands and Work Environment

· The ability to follow directions and fully comply with the company policies and procedures associated with the efficient operation of the assigned store.

· Must be able to perform principal duties of the job.

· The ability to operate carwash equipment.

· Ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions.

- Talk or listen frequently

- Use hands or fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls frequently

- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
