As a representative of our community, your role will involve greeting potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our community, and finalizing lease agreements with qualified individuals. Your responsibilities will include collecting deposits and processing applications, ensuring that apartments are ready for viewing, maintaining a clean workspace, and staying informed about lease terms, unit specifications, and community policies. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, engage in outreach marketing, and assist with resident retention programs. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison to the local community, helping residents navigate available amenities and services. Your performance will be measured by factors such as customer service levels, leasing success, and accuracy of work.
Qualifications for this role include at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a leasing capacity. The physical demands of the job may include standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting objects, and other activities related to property management.
