Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of HVAC installers on various installation projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, heat pumps, and mini-split systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Manage crew schedules and performance, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Utilize ServiceTitan to track job progress, manage work orders, and update project statuses.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication with clients throughout the project.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation.
• Valid EPA certification.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or other HVAC management software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass an eVerify check for I-9 employment eligibility.
