What You'll Do:

Welcome Guests Like VIPs: Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and a smile to make them feel relaxed from the moment they arrive.

Offer Refreshments: Provide guests with a drink menu, offering a selection of beverages (from soft drinks and cold brews to a whiskey pour) to enhance their experience.

Coordinate Appointments & Services: Manage schedules, book appointments, and ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Assist Clients with Services: Help guests understand our menu of grooming services, recommend premium products, and answer any questions they may have.

Maintain a Clean & Welcoming Environment: Ensure the shop is organized, tidy, and comfortable for all guests.

Promote Memberships & Services: Share the benefits of memberships and other services to enhance the client experience without being pushy.

Be the Voice of Hammer & Nails: Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and handle any customer concerns with a solutions-oriented attitude.

Work with the Team: Collaborate with barbers, stylists, nail techs, and other team members to ensure every client has an exceptional experience.

Foster Client Loyalty: Make sure guests feel valued and appreciated, helping to create lasting relationships that keep them coming back.

What You Bring:

·      Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping people feel welcome

·      Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

·      Team player with a friendly attitude and a professional demeanor

·      Detail-oriented with a knack for creating seamless experiences

·      Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

·      Previous experience in a receptionist, hospitality, or customer service role preferred
