We’re a premium men’s grooming lounge that combines exceptional hair and grooming services with a comfortable, relaxed experience. Our guests come in for a great haircut, but they stay because of how they feel when they leave.

What You'll Do

Deliver Great Grooming Services:

Provide exceptional haircuts, styling, beard grooming, and other services within your training and licensing, while tailoring each experience to the individual client.

Be the Expert:

Consult with clients about their style, grooming habits, and preferences. Help them find a look and routine that works for them - not just today, but long term.

Create an Exceptional Experience:

Make every guest feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of from the moment they sit in your chair. At Hammer & Nails, hospitality is just as important as the haircut.

Build Client Relationships:

Get to know your clients, earn their trust, and build the kind of relationships that keep them coming back to you.

Grow Your Following:

We want you to build a strong book of loyal clients. Our team, systems, marketing, and membership model are designed to help you grow.

Recommend, Don't Pressure:

Help clients discover services, products, and memberships that genuinely fit their grooming needs. We believe in making recommendations—not high-pressure selling.

Keep your station clean, organized, and welcoming while following all required sanitation and safety procedures.

• A current Nebraska Barber or Cosmetology License
