Key Responsibilities:

• Line Striping: Perform accurate striping for parking lots, including re-striping and new layouts
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain Graco striping machines and related tools
• Plan Reading: Interpret site plans for layout accuracy
• Installation: Install signs, wheel stops, and bumpers per specifications
• General Maintenance: Assist with asphalt patching, crack filling, and cleaning as needed
• Safety & Quality: Follow company safety standards and maintain high-quality workmanship

Qualifications:

• Required: Prior experience in line striping and asphalt maintenance
• Ability to operate Graco striping machines and perform basic maintenance
• Skilled in reading plans and installing signage and bumpers
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends during peak season
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks

Pay & Benefits:

• $28–$38/hour depending on experience
• Benefits available after 90 days (details provided at onboarding)

Season & Work Hours:

• Seasonal employment: April–November
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (may vary by job, traffic, or weather)
• Weekends: Required during peak season to meet customer scheduling needs
