We’re looking for a motivated entry‑level sales person to help bring in work and take care of residential customers. This role is all about pounding the pavement — talking to homeowners, finding new customers, and keeping smaller jobs moving so our lead sales guys can focus on big commercial work.
If you’re not afraid to knock on doors, talk to people, and put in the effort, this can turn into a solid long‑term sales career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Knock on doors and talk with homeowners about asphalt and pavement work
• Find new customers and sales opportunities
• Follow up on marketing leads and past customers
• Handle residential customers from first contact to close
• Pass qualified leads to senior sales reps
• Help keep customer info organized
• Free up our lead salespeople so they can focus on large projects
Work Focus:
• Residential asphalt & pavement maintenance
• New customer outreach
• Lead generation
What We’re Looking For:
• Entry‑level or early sales experience (construction experience is a plus but not required)
• Comfortable talking to people face‑to‑face
• Not afraid of door‑to‑door or cold outreach
• Reliable, hardworking, and self‑motivated
• Willing to learn the trade and sales process
Pay:
• Base salary: $30,000–$40,000 per year
• Commission: Earn commission on closed jobs
• Real opportunity to make more as you perform and grow
This Job Is a Good Fit If You Are:
• Outgoing and not afraid to hustle
• Someone who shows up and puts in effort
• Looking for a foot in the door with sales or construction
• Coachable and willing to learn
