Key Responsibilities:

• Sealcoating: Surface prep, edging, application, and finishing
• Crack Filling: Clean/rout as needed; accurate material application
• Parking Lot Cleaning: Sweeping/blowing, debris removal, jobsite readiness
• Basic Asphalt Patching: Small area repairs to extend pavement life
• Equipment Operation & Care: Operate spray/squeegee systems, melters, blowers, sweepers; perform basic maintenance and daily checks
• Safety & Housekeeping: Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Teamwork & Communication: Coordinate with the foreman/crew to meet schedule and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Required: Prior experience in asphalt maintenance/sealcoating
• Proven skills in crack filling, parking lot cleaning, and basic patching
• Familiarity with sealcoating equipment and basic maintenance
• Reliable, on-time for a 7:00 AM start; willing to work weekends in season
• Able to work outdoors (heat, sun, light rain) and perform physical tasks throughout the day

Pay & Benefits:

• $28–$38/hour depending on experience
• Benefits available after 90 days (details provided at onboarding)

Season & Work Hours:

• Seasonal employment: April–November
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (may vary by job, traffic, or weather)
• Weekends: Required during peak season to meet customer scheduling needs
