Key Responsibilities:

• Crew Leadership: Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for sealcoating and striping teams
• Sealcoating: Oversee surface prep, edging, application, and finishing
• Line Striping: Manage layout and re-striping; ensure compliance with plans
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate and maintain striping machines, crack filling and sealcoating equipment
• Plan Reading & Installation: Interpret site plans; install signs, wheel stops, and bumpers
• Quality & Safety: Enforce safety standards and maintain high-quality workmanship
• Communication: Report progress and issues to management; ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications:

• Required: Extensive experience in asphalt maintenance, sealcoating, crack filling asphalt patching and line striping
• Ability to operate and maintain specialized equipment
• Skilled in reading plans and maps
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends during peak season
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks

Pay & Benefits:

• $30–$40/hour depending on experience
• Benefits available after 90 days

Season & Work Hours:

• Seasonal employment: April–November
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (may vary by job, traffic, or weather)
• Weekends: Required during peak season
