Halk Marine specializes in aluminum fabrication and welding for the marine and industrial industries. We manufacture boat fuel tanks, boat hatches, rod holders, custom boat pipework and recreational boat products. We also use CNC routers and press brakes to manufacture parts for other companies.

Primary Job Duties

• Create CNC part nests for aluminum parts in Autodesk Fusion 360 and program CAM operations.
• Setup new plates on machines, operate our 2 CNC routers simultaneously, remove and sort parts after run is complete.
• Modify existing CAD models for custom orders.

Secondary Duties

• Routine machine maintenance and work area cleaning.
• Small part fabrication and secondary operations
• CNC Press brake operations
• Part and material inventory and record keeping for customer invoices.

Skills & Experience Required

• CNC and CAM programming experience.
• Aluminum machining and router operations.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Basic fabrication skills.
