After more than a decade of stable executive leadership, Habitat enters this transition from a position of strength. The organization has built 185 homes for first-time homebuyers and earned a reputation as a regional leader in sustainable affordable housing.
Working alongside an engaged Board of Directors and a dedicated staff, the next Executive Director will have the opportunity to build upon this strong foundation while helping the organization grow its impact in an increasingly complex affordable housing landscape.

The next Executive Director will inherit an organization with a strong foundation and the opportunity to shape its future. A detailed position description will be shared with selected candidates during the search process.
This is a full-time, exempt salaried position, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed. We value work-life balance, and are committed to maintaining a flexible, supportive work environment and schedule, supported by generous PTO. A hybrid work arrangement is available for this position with up to two remote days per week and additional flexibility provided as needed.
