Seasonal Tax Professional

Location: On-site at our Blue Ash, OH office

Compensation: $30–$35/hour (based on experience)

Who You Are

• You have prior experience preparing individual or business tax returns, or you’re eager to apply your accounting/tax coursework in a real-world setting.
• You thrive in a team environment and value open, transparent communication.
• You’re organized, reliable, and can manage multiple tasks during the busy season.
• You enjoy working directly with clients and colleagues in a professional yet relaxed atmosphere.
• You’re comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new systems.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare individual and business tax returns with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with partners and senior staff to ensure client needs are met.
• Utilize tax preparation software, Excel, and other tools to manage workload.
• Gain exposure to a variety of clients—primarily privately held businesses and individuals.
• Learn hands-on in a supportive environment where mentorship and feedback are valued.
