We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and ship modern product experiences across customer-facing apps, internal tools, AI-assisted workflows, and experimental new surfaces. This person should be comfortable moving from product concept to production code, working across frontend, backend, integrations, and deployment environments.
This is not a narrow ticket-closer role. We need someone who can operate in ambiguous environments, collaborate closely with product and operators, and help turn emerging ideas into reliable software.
What You’ll Do
- Build end-to-end features across web applications, internal tools, and new product surfaces
- Work across frontend UI, backend services, APIs, data models, and third-party integrations
- Help launch new products and client-facing workflows quickly without creating long-term messes
- Partner with product, design, and operational stakeholders to turn rough ideas into shipped software
- Improve engineering velocity through better tooling, preview environments, and AI-assisted workflows
- Contribute to architecture decisions around maintainability, performance, and scalability
- Help shape engineering standards for testing, review, release, and documentation
- Jump between core product work, client-specific builds, and internal platform/tooling work as priorities evolve
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years building full-stack web applications in production
- Strong frontend and backend fluency; you can own a feature from UI to database
- Experience with modern web stacks and frameworks
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments where requirements may start fuzzy
- Good product instincts and strong judgment about what is worth building now vs. later
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teammates
- Experience integrating external systems, APIs, CMSs, or workflow tooling
- A bias toward shipping, but not recklessly
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows or internal tooling
- Experience with preview environments, workflow automation, or platform-style tooling
- Exposure to client-services, agency, or design-partner style delivery
- Familiarity with systems where product, operations, and engineering are tightly coupled
What Success Looks Like
- New products and workflows get shipped faster
- Engineering ideas move from concept to production with less handoff friction
- Internal and client-facing tools feel well-built, not improvised
- The team has stronger leverage because one engineer can own broad surface area effectively
