Job Description

Guidepost ABA is hiring a BCBA or BCaBA for a fully remote position. This role includes assessments, treatment planning, RBT supervision, and parent training. We’re looking for a clinician who is organized, ethical, and confident delivering high-quality ABA services through telehealth and remote supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and reassessments
• Develop and update treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide remote supervision and clinical oversight of RBTs/BTs
• Conduct parent/caregiver training (English and Spanish)
• Review data and adjust programming based on progress
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (notes, progress reports, plan updates)
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure quality care and consistency
• Follow BACB ethics, payer requirements, and company policies

Requirements

• BCBA certification in good standing
• Active Texas LBA
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Ability to pass background checks and meet credentialing requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Telehealth / remote ABA experience
