Guerra Financial is looking to hire an Appointment Setter whose primary responsibility of this position is to engage prospects after they have shown interest in one of the many companies marketing funnels which could include informational workshops/seminars, radio ads, TV ads, website, etc. This position depends heavily upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and the ability to build relationships over the phone. This role will overcome objectives in a professional, polite manner – never making the prospect feel uncomfortable at any time.

Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Calling and scheduling appointments with prospects
- Qualifying prospects by collecting financial data for the advisor
- Consistent follow-up with prospects
- Attend seminars/workshops
- Keep CRM updated with prospect interaction
- Work independently and proactively to meet business goals
- Track weekly and monthly progress, including the number of calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept with the Advisor
- Assist team with administrative tasks, as needed
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements/Skills:
- Strong phone presence
- Financial industry and/or sales experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive management style and consistent follow-through

Salary
$55,000 - $75,000 per year
