The Client Relationship Specialist will create and maintain a social relationship with clients and prospects! This person will drive engagement, quality leads, and qualified opportunities. This is achieved through different funnels of interaction while maintaining a sharp in-person and phone presence. They will also have excellent listening skills and the ability to build a rapport with our prospects and clients.

Requirements and Skill Set:

  • The desire to work long-term in the financial industry
  • Financial industry knowledge/experience (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in a lead generation Referral Specialist role
  • Strong ability to a build relationship with clients
  • Experience with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish preferred)
  • Ability to connect with an audience/clients
  • High degree of creativity and very strong work ethic
  • Proven ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control surveys
  • Collect client experience testimonials
  • Gather referral opportunities to expand our reach in the community
  • Coordinate and follow up on each client referral
  • Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly manner
  • Assists in seeking new business opportunities with clients
  • Input notes into CRM and QCT trackers
  • Review and update department trackers
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
  • Assist with CRM updates of prospects information including entering notes, creating contacts, running reports, communicating via phone, text message, and email
  • Assisting in the preparation of the marketing events including contacting and prequalifying all potential clients and attending the events
  • Attend marketing/educational events
  • Build relationships with prospects and clients
  • Other duties as assigned
