The Account Executive will set up new financial accounts for clients and assist them in all onboarding procedure such as set up and confirm client appointments, use financial planning applications to make portfolio projections/updates and work directly with the advisor on new client accounts. We’re looking for a go-getter with an excellent phone presence, listening skills and attention to detail.

We are seeking a full time Wealth Management Associate at Guerra Financial Group in Miami, FL. 


Requirements and Skill Set:

  • Financial Industry experience (preferred)
  • SIE - Securities Industry Essentials License (preferred or willing to obtain upon hire -sponsored)
  • 2-15 Life, Health and Variable Annuity License (preferred or willing to obtain upon hire -sponsored)
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial industry (Banking/wealth management preferred)
  • Strong ability to a build relationship with clients
  • Experience with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish preferred)
  • Ability to connect with an audience/clients
  • Proven ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule
  • Strong work ethic


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm client appointments via call and text
  • Sit down clients for meetings with advisors 
  • Complete audit calls for client account
  • Update financial planning applications (Retirement Analyzer, WealthScape and Riskalyze) before and after meetings
  • Signing of assets under management (AUM) applications with clients/prospects
  • Open accounts in Fidelity and assist with client signings
  • Complete allocations, rollovers, and transfers for AUM accounts
  • Process and prepare funds for AUM accounts
  • Update CRM and financial trackers with account information, documents, notes etc.
  • Work on automated workflows
  • Send meeting recaps and personalized gifts
  • Follow up on pending client proposals
  • Provide, assist and review clients with all necessary and appropriate documentation
  • Attend 1 prospect dinner seminar every two weeks
