SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position directly supervises

staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Arrow

Child & Family Ministries policies, State and Federal laws and policy and

procedures. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training

employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising

performance including coaching and future performance development;

managers training needs through learning management system; rewarding

and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Maintain quality improvement goals and address at regularly scheduled

staff meetings. Oversee Client delivery and insure performance

measurements and outcomes are met.
