The Office Assistant will support day-to-day operations. It involves a mix of clerical, organizational and physical duties. They need to be a proactive “jack of all trades” that can adapt to a variety of responsibilities and help keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in an office, warehouse, or administrative support role is a plus

Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs safely
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Comfortable using online ordering systems and creating shipping labels
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the day

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries
  • Lift, move, and stock supplies (up to 50 lbs)
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder office and operational supplies as needed
  • Create and print shipping labels; assist with preparing outgoing shipments
  • Maintain clean and organized storage and supply areas
  • Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, copying, and mail distribution
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for orders, maintenance, and deliveries
  • Support the operations team with special projects and daily workflow needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support a smooth and efficient work environment
