As a Customer Support Specialist, you are tasked with setting up new services and accounts for customers, addressing customer concerns and questions, and offering support for customers and other employees. You are the primary point of contact for all customers, so being confident and knowledgeable about our products and services in order to give the best customer experience. This position has a heavy emphasis on answering phones and accurate data entry.

Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, addressing customer needs, questions, and concerns in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Contacting current customers about contract renewals, price increases, and service updates.
  • Processing payments over the phone
  • Setting up new accounts, giving accurate pricing information, and recommending treatments.
  • Setting up services and work orders.
  • Accurate data entry into computer system.
  • Clerical support
  • Participate in department projects as needed
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Salary

$15 - $17 per hour
