Description

  • Read and accurately interpret shipping slips, packing lists, work orders, and shipping labels.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse by stocking, organizing, and properly storing inventory in designated locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to management.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities to ensure on-time order fulfillment if needed.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse distribution experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand shipping slips, packing lists, and inventory documentation.
  • Basic math and counting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds or more as needed.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.

  • Ability to work in both indoor warehouse and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
