Description
- Read and accurately interpret shipping slips, packing lists, work orders, and shipping labels.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse by stocking, organizing, and properly storing inventory in designated locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities to ensure on-time order fulfillment if needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse distribution experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand shipping slips, packing lists, and inventory documentation.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds or more as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, and reach frequently.
- Ability to work in both indoor warehouse and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
