How You'll Achieve Success:
- Business Development: Generate new business by effectively communicating our marketing solution benefits to law firm partners and executives. Conduct engaging demonstrations and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Sell digital marketing solutions to legal clients, focusing on specific verticals and territories such as personal injury, family law, criminal defense, and employment law.
- Product Mastery: Become highly knowledgeable about our products. Conduct discovery calls, customize demonstrations, and present tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Metrics-Driven Results: Consistently exceed monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets by utilizing a solution-based sales approach.
- Growth Mindset: Approach challenges as learning opportunities, actively seek feedback, and commit to continuous personal and professional development.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new contacts using a personable and persuasive approach, ensuring client satisfaction and securing business wins. Build strong and positive relationships with colleagues inside of Growth Lab.
- Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and technology advancements to provide valuable insights to prospects.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: At least 4 years of comprehensive sales experience in the legal field, specifically in selling digital marketing solutions.
- Performance Record: Demonstrated ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships, consistently achieving over $5,000 in monthly recurring revenue (MRR). Previous promotion from a BDR or SDR role to your current sales position.
- Solution-Oriented: An advocate for business objectives, effectively communicating how our services enhance clients' performance metrics.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Teams, Zoom, and others.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work well with colleagues, contributing to a dynamic team culture that fosters collective success.
- Client-Centric: Dedicated to customer success and committed to exceeding client expectations.
Compensation Range:
$165,000 - $555,000 per year (includes base pay, monthly commissions, and bonuses)
