Job description

We are searching for an ambitious go-getter who welcomes the challenge of meeting the needs of a high-growth startup. We are seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to help build out our agentic chat and workflow features. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Data Scientists, Backend engineers, and business stakeholders, making high-impact contributions to our insights and research platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize full-stack applications for agent-based chat and workflow capabilities, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust backend support.
• Work closely with Data Scientists, Backend Engineers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver high-impact features aligned with business goals.
• Build and refine generative AI applications, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent workflows, and advanced information extraction capabilities.
• Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements and market trends, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to enhance the platform’s competitive edge.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, software engineering, information technology, or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with our tech stack (Google Cloud, Python, FastAPI, Docker, React, TypeScript, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Experience developing generative AI web applications, such as retrieval augmented generation (RAG), agent workflows, or information extraction
• Strong problem-solving skills with a desire to own the execution for multiple high-impact features

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in computer science or a related field
• Professional experience working with LLM prompting and security challenges
• Previous start-up experience
• Familiar with ML/AI, NLP, and Data Science concepts
• Interest in keeping up with market trends and current events
