About Growth Operations Firm

Growth Operations Firm (Growth) is an Elite HubSpot Solutions Partner known for over seven years of excellence in client success. We specialize in designing, implementing, and scaling sophisticated HubSpot solutions. Our core capabilities are centered on resolving difficult problems through seamless integrations, challenging migrations, complex custom configurations, and the development of innovative solutions. Due to increasing client demand, we are actively expanding our technical team and capabilities.

Role Overview

The Technical Solutions Engineer, reporting to the Director of Technical Solutions, is a vital part of the team, responsible for the complete design and implementation of complex integrations and data migrations between HubSpot and other external systems. This role requires translating business requirements into robust technical architectures, implementing data flows and middleware solutions, and providing expert support for advanced HubSpot configurations. A core responsibility is maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining excellent client communication throughout the process.

The successful candidate must possess a deep understanding and proven experience with complex API integrations, particularly those that require middleware. This position is not suited for individuals whose knowledge is limited to occasional or simple native integrations or basic use of tools like Zapier or Make. We are seeking a specialist in complex, custom-built, and data-intensive integration solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end integrations and migrations:
  • Design data models, custom objects, and field mappings
  • Build and maintain data pipelines via APIs and middleware
  • Execute Pardot/Marketo/Salesforce/NetSuite to HubSpot migrations

  • Author technical designs, estimates, and implementation plans

  • Configure HubSpot (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service), custom objects, workflows, and custom-coded actions

  • Select and implement middleware/platforms (e.g., AWS Lambda, webhooks, SFTP-based flows, iPaaS)

  • Partner with architects/strategists to scope, de-risk, and sequence work

  • Own QA, monitoring, error handling, and documentation

  • Communicate progress and risks clearly to clients and internal teams

  • Contribute to playbooks, reusable templates, and best practices

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations/migrations with HubSpot in production environments for Mid-Market to Enterprise businesses.

  • Proven execution (not only oversight) integrating HubSpot with Salesforce, NetSuite, Pardot, and Marketo.

  • Strong API experience: REST, auth (OAuth, API keys), pagination, rate limits, webhooks

  • Practical middleware experience: custom-coded actions, serverless (AWS Lambda), iPaaS, SFTP-based patterns

  • Data modeling and ETL skills: schema design, transformation, mapping, dedupe, QA

  • Solid Git/GitHub workflow and environment management (sandbox vs. prod)

  • Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder communication

  • US-based; able to meet compliance/access requirements and work core US hours

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with additional CRMs/ERPs (Epicor, Netsuite variants), marketing platforms, or payments configurations

  • Exposure to Intgrate.io/Syncari/Workato/Make/Zapier (for appropriate use cases)

  • Experience in education/nonprofit/event ecosystems (event Hapily a plus)

  • HubSpot accreditations/certs

How You Work

  • Bias to action and ownership; comfortable unblocking ambiguous technical problems

  • Detail-oriented with strong QA discipline

  • Clear, proactive communicator who sets expectations and flags risks early

  • Collaborative partner to architects/strategists; can translate between business and engineering

Success Metrics

  • On-time delivery of integration/migration milestones

  • Low post-deploy defect rates and clear runbooks

  • Positive client satisfaction and internal partner feedback

  • Reusable assets and documented patterns contributed to the team library

Application Process

  • Include links to any technical docs or repos you can share (sanitized if needed).

  • A technical capabilities assessment is included in this application process.

Salary
