Position Overview

As a Senior HubSpot Specialist at Growth, you’ll lead client-facing implementations, optimizations, and integrations. You’ll leverage your HubSpot expertise (and ideally Salesforce or multi-CRM experience) to configure systems, solve operational bottlenecks, and deliver scalable solutions. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and excellent client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Optimization: Lead HubSpot implementations across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs. Configure CRM objects, automation, reporting, and integrations.
  • Client Discovery & Solutions: Collaborate directly with clients to understand goals, pain points, and success criteria. Translate business needs into HubSpot solutions.
  • Salesforce & Integrations: Apply Salesforce expertise (and other CRM knowledge) to design and deliver integrations, migrations, and hybrid HubSpot-Salesforce environments.
  • Training & Enablement: Provide client training, documentation, and adoption strategies to ensure long-term success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with HubSpot releases and ecosystem tools. Identify opportunities for optimization and proactively share best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Growth’s RevOps, Marketing Ops, AI Ops, and WebOps teams to ensure smooth delivery and scalable impact.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on CRM/marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or both).
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end HubSpot projects (implementation, optimization, reporting).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing automation, customer service workflows, and data management.
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex technical topics for business leaders.
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset; ability to map systems and optimize workflows.
  • Business acumen and comfort working in fast-paced client environments.


Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce expertise (configuration, integrations, or migrations).
  • Familiarity with Apollo.io, data enrichment workflows, and marketing automation tools.
  • HubSpot CMS and Operations Hub experience.
  • Background in change management or cross-departmental stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience in a HubSpot Partner or consulting environment.

$80,000 - $95,000 per year
