Job Purpose
The Therapist is responsible for conducting assessments, diagnosing, providing counseling, mentoring, and coaching to clients to help them achieve their treatment goals. The Therapist will create and monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring that all clinical interventions are tailored to meet the needs and progress of each client.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care:
- Conduct thorough assessments and make accurate diagnoses for clients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide counseling, mentoring, and coaching to support clients' mental health and well-being.
Clinical Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical documentation and reporting requirements.
Collaboration:
- Participate in clinical and staff meetings to coordinate care and align with organizational goals.
- Maintain licensure and pursue professional development opportunities.
- Build positive relationships with coworkers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Additional Duties:
- Perform any necessary tasks to support clinical operations and organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Licensed as a Therapist, Social Worker, or Psychologist (required).

- This role is based in our main office with occasional travel to other locations as needed.

Role in Organizational Structure
- Reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor.
- Collaborates closely with Clinical Director and other therapists.
- Serves as a key link between clients and the broader organizational structure.
