Growpack Supply is looking for a dependable and motivated Production Operations Associate to join our team and support a wide range of hands-on operational tasks. This position plays an essential role in our day-to-day workflow and helps ensure that our products are prepared, packaged, and delivered with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Labeling products and ensuring all items meet quality standards
• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Assembling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment
• Assisting with deliveries and loading/unloading materials as needed
• Switching between tasks based on production priorities
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Following all safety protocols and company procedures

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Fast-paced production setting with frequent task changes
• Requires juggling multiple responsibilities throughout the day
• Extended periods of standing, bending, and light to moderate lifting
• Must be able to stay focused, organized, and efficient during busy production times
• Must be able to lift 40lbs
• Must have reliable transportation
