Full Time salaried Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)
Growing Together Behavioral Center is an innovative and inclusive school and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) center dedicated to fostering growth and learning in children, teens, and young adults aged 3-30. We are seeking passionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement personalized educational and behavioral plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Engage students in activities that promote social, physical, and cognitive development appropriate for their age.
- Support students with special needs in various settings, both structured and unstructured.
- Gather and analyze data on student performance and behavior.
- Provide regular updates to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to enhance student learning and growth.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is required.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
