**Job Overview:**
We are seeking one or two dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnostic evaluation, direct therapy, data collection, supervision of RBTs, and staff training and development. This position involves working with individuals, particularly children, with developmental disabilities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide behavioral therapy to clients
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Conduct data collection and analysis
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong background in applied behavior analysis
- Ability to provide patient care with empathy and professionalism
- Knowledge of special education practices
- Excellent data collection and analytical skills
