Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Growth to join our leadership team. In this role, you will own and drive all marketing, business development, and revenue operations efforts for Growgetter. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale the growth function of a dynamic marketing agency, working directly with the CEO to drive new business and establish Growgetter as a leader in the insights and analytics space.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across marketing, business development, and revenue operations
- Own demand generation and opportunity targets, with direct accountability for pipeline growth and revenue goals
- Work closely with the CEO to identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Develop sales enablement materials, including proposal templates and content to support business development efforts
- Build and scale the growth team over time, establishing processes and frameworks for success
Marketing & Brand Development:
- Lead all marketing initiatives including digital advertising, content strategy, and conference presence
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns
- Establish Growgetter's voice in the B2B insights and analytics space through thought leadership and strategic positioning
- Design and optimize the full-funnel marketing strategy from awareness to conversion
Revenue Operations:
- Create and implement systems for tracking, measuring, and optimizing growth initiatives
- Develop forecasting models and reporting frameworks to track progress against goals
- Establish processes for lead qualification, opportunity management, and pipeline optimization
- Work with account teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution of new business
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or revenue operations
- 3-5 years of leadership experience, with a track record of driving measurable growth
- Experience in the insights, analytics, or market research industry is a plus
- Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Experience building and scaling teams in a startup environment
- Track record of successful conference and events strategy
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and marketing technology stack
