Overview
We are seeking a visionary VP of Community to build and grow Growgetter's community ecosystem. In this role, you will create and execute a comprehensive community strategy that encompasses both our client base and the broader marketing/insights industry. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to build a thriving, multi-faceted community from the ground up while developing innovative learning programs and revenue streams.

Responsibilities:
Community Strategy & Development:
- Design and implement a comprehensive community strategy across multiple platforms and engagement models
- Build and nurture both online and offline community spaces, including forums, chat platforms, and in-person events
- Create engagement programs that foster meaningful connections between community members
- Develop and execute community growth initiatives in collaboration with the VP of Growth
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure community health, engagement, and impact
Learning & Development:
- Create and oversee a diverse learning ecosystem including digital courses, live workshops, and potential certification programs
- Coordinate and facilitate AMAs and expert sessions with leadership and industry experts
- Design curriculum and content strategies for various learning formats
- Ensure high-quality, consistent educational experiences across all programs
- Track and measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness
Revenue & Business Development:
- Develop and execute monetization strategies across membership, events, and educational offerings
- Create tiered membership models that provide clear value propositions
- Price and package community offerings for different audience segments
- Work with the VP of Growth to identify and capitalize on cross-promotional opportunities
- Forecast and track community-driven revenue streams
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in community building, education, or related fields
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in community or learning & development roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling community programs
- Experience with both B2B and B2C community engagement
- Strong understanding of learning experience design and adult education principles
- Experience with community platforms, learning management systems, and event management
- Track record of developing and executing successful monetization strategies
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in the insights, analytics, or market research industry is a plus
