We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our growth marketing firm, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and nurturing through paid acquisition strategies, campaign management, and effective CRM implementation. 


Primary responsibilities: 

  1. Paid Acquisition:
  2. Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media, programmatic display) to generate qualified leads and drive customer acquisition for Growgetter clients.
  3. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  4. Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency.
  5. Regular reports and updates on paid acquisition campaign performance. 
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest paid advertising trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure successful execution.
  7. Marketing Automation and Campaign Management: 
  8. Implement and maintain the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring seamless integration with marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.
  9. Create and optimize workflows, landing pages, website CTAs, and lead capture forms to streamline the lead generation and nurturing process.
  10. Maintain the database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for effective marketing campaigns.


Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content and design to align demand generation efforts with overall business goals 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and CRM. 
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in paid advertising, lead generation, and CRM implementation (2-3 years minimum).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, X Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) and marketing automation tools. Bonus points for experience with HubSpot specifically, but not a must! 
  • Experience with B2B demand generation strategies is a must.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
