We are seeking a talented and ambitious Content Strategist to join our growth marketing team. As a Content Strategist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic growth marketing environment and will play a vital role in supporting our content strategy and creation efforts for clients and our internal marketing, as well as assisting with social media and email marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for various platforms, such as websites, blogs, articles, and social media.
• Interview clients and conduct research to gather relevant information and stay informed about industry trends and best practices
• Collaborate with the Growgetter team and clients to generate ideas, outline content pieces, and conduct basic content edits.
• Ensure content is accurate, grammatically correct, and aligns with our clients' goals and target audience.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance content creation workflows and improve content quality.
• Implement AI-assisted content optimization strategies to maintain brand voice and authenticity.
• Stay current with emerging AI content technologies and best practices in ethical AI usage for content creation.

• Content Strategy:
• Support the implementation of content strategies to drive growth.
• Help conduct content audits and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of editorial calendars and content roadmaps.
• Assist in optimizing content for SEO by conducting basic keyword research and implementing SEO best practices.
• Provide input on content performance and contribute to data-backed recommendations for improvement.
• Implement AI tools for content ideation and optimization.
• Effectively combine human creativity with AI capabilities.

• Social Media and Email:
• Assist in creating and scheduling engaging social media posts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media trends and conversations, and contribute to content creation and engagement opportunities.
• Support email marketing efforts by assisting in planning, developing, and executing campaigns.
• Help write persuasive email copy and contribute to the segmentation of email lists for targeted content delivery.

Qualifications:

• 5-plus years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in the market research industry as a content strategist is a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to grammar, style, and tone.
• Basic knowledge of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and social media platforms.
• Data-driven approach to content to highlight and show measurable results
• Familiarity with email marketing concepts and tools is a plus (experience with HubSpot preferred)
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for content creation.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and basic analytics tools.
