Primary responsibilities: 

  1. Account Management:
  2. Learn clients' businesses and industries to make proactive recommendations
  3. Manage direct client relationships and serve as their primary point of contact
  4. Proactively communication
  5. Manage client expectations and ensure clear understanding of deliverables
  6. Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions
  7. Ensure overall positive client experience when working with Growgetter
  8. Serve as liaison between clients and internal teams
  9. Project Management
  10. Lead end-to-end project management for campaigns, conferences, and ongoing initiatives
  11. Create and manage detailed project timelines
  12. Develop and maintain task management in project management platform(s)
  13. Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
  14. Coordinate with internal teams and provide necessary context for projects
  15. Marketing Automation and Campaign Management: 
  16. Implement and maintain the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring seamless integration with marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.
  17. Create and optimize workflows, landing pages, website CTAs, and lead capture forms to streamline the lead generation and nurturing process.
  18. Maintain the database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for effective marketing campaigns.
  19. Analytics and Reporting:
  20. Review analytics reports and collaborate closely with the Account Director
  21. Maintain proficiency in various reporting platforms
  22. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for clients
  23. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)


Additional Responsibilities

  1. Paid Acquisition Management
  2. Oversee paid advertising campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, social media, programmatic display)
  3. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients
  4. Collaborate with the paid media team to optimize campaign performance
  5. Ensure alignment between client goals and paid acquisition strategies
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and CRM. 


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, project management, lead generation, CRM implementation (3-5 years minimum)
  • Strong project management experience with demonstrated success in managing multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and paid advertising
  • Experience with B2B client relationship management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to think strategically
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
