We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our growth marketing firm, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving project success, effective CRM implementation, and ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining strong internal team collaboration.

Primary responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Learn clients' businesses and industries to make proactive recommendations
- Manage direct client relationships and serve as their primary point of contact
- Proactively communication
- Manage client expectations and ensure clear understanding of deliverables
- Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions
- Ensure overall positive client experience when working with Growgetter
- Serve as liaison between clients and internal teams
- Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project management for campaigns, conferences, and ongoing initiatives
- Create and manage detailed project timelines
- Develop and maintain task management in project management platform(s)
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide necessary context for projects
- Marketing Automation and Campaign Management:
- Implement and maintain the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring seamless integration with marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.
- Create and optimize workflows, landing pages, website CTAs, and lead capture forms to streamline the lead generation and nurturing process.
- Maintain the database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for effective marketing campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Review analytics reports and collaborate closely with the Account Director
- Maintain proficiency in various reporting platforms
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for clients
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Additional Responsibilities:
- Paid Acquisition Management
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, social media, programmatic display)
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients
- Collaborate with the paid media team to optimize campaign performance
- Ensure alignment between client goals and paid acquisition strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and CRM.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, project management, lead generation, CRM implementation (3-5 years minimum)
- Strong project management experience with demonstrated success in managing multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Monday.com, or similar)
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and paid advertising
- Experience with B2B client relationship management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to think strategically
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
