Job Title: Recruiting Supervisor
Location: Hybrid – Remote with office attendance and events throughout the Central Coast, CA as needed

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Supervisor to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for behavior therapists and child development specialists across all agency locations, and any additional new positions from the expansion and growth of the agency. Additionally, this position will require on-site recruiting at local community events to showcase our positions and the company’s mission and values. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for finding and hiring top talent in the field of child development and behavioral therapy.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Recruitment Team: Lead, train, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified behavior therapists and child development specialists.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions, to identify potential candidates.

Screening and Interviewing: Oversee the screening and interviewing process, ensuring a thorough evaluation of candidates' qualifications and fit for the agency.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

Employer Branding: Promote the agency's employer brand and create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and implement improvements to the recruitment process.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment. Experience in recruiting for behavior therapists and child development specialists is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
