Grow With Me- Creciendo Juntos is expanding services with an ABA Department that strives to meet the needs of early childhood individuals. The agency is looking for experienced BCBA's that are excited to use their knowledge, creativity and passion to enhance the lives of young children.

 

Job Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), will work closely with the Director to ensure the effective delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role involves leading a team of Supervisors and Behavior Technicians in the delivery of ABA services.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership:

·       Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional behavior analyses to inform treatment planning.

·       Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, ensuring they align with client goals and needs.

·       Monitor client progress through data analysis and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans.


Administrative Oversight:

·       Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline office processes and ensure efficient operations.

·       Contribute to the development and enhancement of company policies, procedures, and protocols.


Team Collaboration:

·       Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment among clinical and administrative staff.

·       Facilitate regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities.

·       Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to care.


Quality Assurance:

·       Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines, company standards, and industry best practices.

·       Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to monitor and improve service delivery.

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of our interventions and operations.

·       Knowledge and experience with VB-MAPP, FAST, QABF, DP-3, Vineland, and other functional behavioral assessments.

 

Education and Experience:

·       Active California Board Certified Behavior Analyst License.

·       A minimum of two years of experience in the business line setting (e.g. home, community, schools).

·       At least two years of experience conducting BCBA tasks (i.e., data analysis, programming, assessments, supervision, etc.).

·       Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

 

Physical Requirements:

·       Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

·       Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.


Salary

$60 - $75 per hour
