CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Grow With Me – Creciendo Juntos serves children 0-6 years old for families in the Tri-Counties region of California, currently offering services in the Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo Counties. Now offering ABA services in the Central Coast area! We provide ABA, early intervention and child development services for children in a safe and nurturing environment. Our team of highly skilled and caring support staff is dedicated to your child’s personal development and transformation.

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with individuals with autism and possess expertise in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.


Key Responsibilities: 

- Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans

- Implement behavioral therapy interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles

- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members

- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate l documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards


Qualifications: 

The successful candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:


- Working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder

- Behavioral health and therapy techniques

- Applied behavior analysis principles

- Data collection and analysis for treatment planning

- Special education practices and strategies


Additional Information: 

-This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity

-Up to 20-25 hours per week 

-Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM PST

Compensation: $55–$65/hour (Based on experience)
