Responsibilities:

- Implement individualized treatment plans for children with developmental disabilities, specifically autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

- Collect data on client progress

- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques

- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment goals

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client sessions and progress

Qualifications:

- Degree in psychology, special education, or a related field -in progress preferred

- Experience working with children with special needs, preferably in an ABA therapy setting

- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children reach their full potential
