We are hiring an ACSW, APCC, or AMFT to join our team of therapists who love working with children and teens. Grow Through Life Counseling is an outpatient private practice with multiple physical locations in San Diego and in Murrieta. We provide: referrals, intake staff, billing, and marketing are provided. We have a happy, dynamic team and are run by clinicians so compliance with law and ethics and protection of your license is a high value and part of our ethos.

Responsibilities

• This is a group practice position in which you are provided full-service intake and billing and all referrals
• You can focus on providing quality care. We provide consultations and management support
• Longevity and loyalty matter for patient care so our team members who have the longest track record are compensated for this while they are able to provide the best long-term patient experience. We look for commitment in the hiring process
• Weekly case supervision is provided as paid time. We have support on all letter requests CPS or other breach reviews, safety concerns, and how they are managed
• One year minimum commitment at the start, but hopefully long-term commitment with our team for patient care continuity

Qualifications

Our team members love to work with teens and include families in care. They work collaboratively with both parents' and teens' goals. They are creative, caring, empathetic, and effective. They bring confidence in knowing they have a lot to offer patients and a willingness to learn and grow in skills. Ideally, they also share their skills and ideas with the whole team in peer-to-peer learning opportunities.
