About Grounded Wellbeing: Here at Grounded Wellbeing, we believe in creating the best atmosphere for our clients and employees, as well as giving back to our community. Our mission is to provide trauma-centered, holistic, and affirming mental health and wellness services for all individuals. With this, we intentionally create a welcoming space that centers the healing journey of queer, trans, and gender expansive people, ultimately leading to the betterment of our entire community. Our vision is a world where all individuals, regardless of their gender identity or expression, can find a safe and affirming space to heal, grow, and thrive. Our Values: Grounded Wellbeing lives by values that guide who we are as a team and how we present to our communities. We hire staff who bring these values to life.

ATTUNEMENT We stay present to the moment, to our clients, and to ourselves. Attunement shows up as awareness, care, and a commitment to quality in every interaction.

AUTHENTICITY We believe our outer actions should reflect our inner truth. Living authentically means our words, our work, and our presence all point in the same direction, and we hold space for you to do the same.

COMMUNITY We believe in solidarity and collective support. We show up for one another, and we believe healing happens in connection, not isolation.

COMPASSION We give ourselves and each other continuous compassion. We prioritize flexibility and seeing each other's humanity, so that every person who walks through our doors feels met with care, not judgment.

LIBERATION We root our work in equity, inclusion, and anti-oppressive practice. Liberation means actively working to dismantle the systems that keep people from healing and thriving.

RECLAMATION We believe in taking back what was lost and transforming it into something better. Reclamation is an active practice for our clients, for ourselves, and for the communities we serve.
