We are searching for a skilled Sales Representative to further our business goals. The Sales Representatives’ duties include acquiring and fostering new business relationships, maintaining customer retention and satisfaction, and liaising with coworkers to ensure that the projects are completed and estimated accurately. You will be required to conduct your duties in a safe, diligent manner always.

To ensure success as a Sales Representative, you should monitor workflow, suggesting alterations to enhance productivity, as needed. A remarkable Sales Representative will be attuned to the subtleties of each situation, possessing sound knowledge of when to lead or follow.

Sales Representative Skills:

·      Well-rounded ability in most working fields. 

·      Advanced time management Skills.

·      Good communication skills, both written and oral.

Sales Representative Skills Not Required but Strongly Recommended:

·      Excellent computer usage.

·      Basic first aid, CPR, excellent navigation skills.

·      FAA sUAS Part 107 Remote Pilot.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new avenues of revenue and growing the current network of customers.
  • Drafting accurate estimates based upon on-site customer visits to satisfy both company and customer goals.
  • Always observing stipulated safety codes.
  • Communicating with coworkers to elucidate project specifications, as needed.
  • Reporting injuries and other accidents to the Project Foreman or Superintendent.
  • Advising the Project Foreman or Superintendent of customer needs and expectations for project completion.
  • Aiding coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift.
  • Providing suggestions to refine workflow and boost efficiency.
  • Always wear the proper PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment) while on site and working.
  • Conduct Pre-trip and Post-trip inspections.

 

Sales Representative Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work 40 or more hours per week and extended hours as required.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Excellent vision or the use of prescribed lenses.
  • A sound understanding of pertinent safety guidelines.
  • Capacity to provide and follow direction.
  • Sharp decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure.

·      Willingness to be outside in a variety of extreme weather conditions

·      Physical ability to work in a strenuous work environment.

·      Ability to make decisions that prevent accidents and damage to property.

  • Other responsibilities as need by management.
