About Grotto
Grotto is Miami’s first modern social bathhouse—a communal destination where the rituals of heat, cold, and shared experience make connection feel natural again.
Rooted in ancient traditions and reimagined for Wynwood, Grotto is a space designed to help guests unplug, sweat, plunge, and linger. Every detail of our environment is crafted to help people slow down and remain fully present.
We hire for hospitality above all else. While technical skills can be developed, a genuine spirit of care for others is essential to who we are.
The Role
As a Housekeeper, you are the guardian of Grotto’s environment, ensuring every area feels calm, cared for, and ready. In a bathhouse, impeccable cleanliness isn’t just a standard; it is the ultimate expression of our hospitality and the foundation of guest trust.
This is an active, hands-on role. You will spend your shift moving through the facility—refreshing locker rooms, maintaining thermal areas, restocking amenities, and managing the laundry cycle. Your work is continuous, physical, and absolutely vital to the atmosphere we provide.
You are also an integral part of our hospitality team. Whether offering a fresh towel, assisting with lockers, or providing directions, you embody the warmth that defines Grotto for every guest you encounter.
The Housekeeper collaborates across all departments to ensure the facility remains pristine, well-stocked, and safe.
