We’re looking for two more talented mobile groomers to join our Nashville-based team.

What You Can Expect

• $330 - $430 per day, grooming 5 - 6 pups per day ($3,300 - $4,300 every two weeks)
• Fully booked Monday–Friday schedule. No weekends. Paid holidays off.
• Health insurance (gold plans), 401K, paid time off, and a $50/month phone allowance.
• Team leadership and support from a 15-year grooming veteran who knows how to build balanced routes, realistic schedules, and days that actually work.
• Support when you need it—if you’re running behind or need to stop or cancel a groom, we handle the client side for you.
• Brand new 2024 Wag’n Tails Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, with gas, propane, and all supplies fully covered.
• Mentorship and growth paths—including support if you dream of launching your own business someday.
• Company-paid sharpening allowance to keep your tools in good condition.
• Premium Botaniqa products only. No cutting corners.
• Uniforms and On Running sneakers provided.
• No overbooking, no drama, no chaos—just grooming done right.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional grooming experience
• Comfortable driving a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
• Reliable, professional, and kind—with dogs and humans
• Clean driving record
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform hands-on grooming tasks
• Non-smoking team member
