Guest Service Attendant

A Guest Service Attendant is responsible for attending to the needs of guests and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Job Duties Include:

·     Greet guests with a smile

·     Issue shoes

·     Assign and show guests to their lanes

·     Collect Payment

·     Coordinate reservations

·     Offer additional products and services/Upsell Food and Beverage

·     Light cleaning
