And yes, we know BBQ isn't just a "guy thing"—some of the best grillers out there are women, and we welcome everyone who’s ready to jump in and bring the heat!

What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It)

• Become a BBQ parts guru—learn how different grills work, read schematics, and help customers find what they need.
• Answer phones, emails, texts—yes, people still call about BBQs.
• Greet walk-in customers like they’re long-lost family (or at least like you’re happy to see them).
• Order fulfillment—gathering and packaging parts like they’re rare artifacts.
• Lift up to 40 lbs. because grills and parts aren’t exactly featherweight.

What We’re Looking For

• Retail or customer service experience (bonus points if it involved actual flames).
• Comfortable using a PC & Google Workspace (G-Suite)—gmail, sheets, google voice, etc.
• Extra bonus if you’ve worked in an online business before—we like a little e-commerce wizardry.
• Self-starter, motivated, and able to work independently—we’re always here to support, but we appreciate team members who take initiative!

The Details

• Part-Time to Full-Time: This is a seasonal business, so flexibility is key.
• We are located in Santa Rosa Beach right down up the street from Hwy 98 and Goldsby
• Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM (so you’ll be home in time for dinner—maybe even grilling it).
• Pay: Starts at $18/hour, with plenty of room to grow! The more you learn, the more you earn—master the role, and you’ll see opportunities for pay advancement as you level up your BBQ expertise.
